Next is a website about Shanghai, smartshanghai. I’ve never been to Shanghai but I really like this site from the Webdesign to the articles it is a great site with regular updates about Events, Special offers, Reviews & more in Shanghai. If you plan to travel to Shanghai or even want to stay there for a longer time than be sure to check the site out.

Probably some of you already know this website and it’s not just specifically a website for China but definitely useful if you want to live in China as a teacher and or want to find work in China. Find / Post a job, recruit a teacher, find teaching material or get in contact with other people.

#11 VPN Unlimited
If you think about traveling to China you should consider getting a VPN otherwise you won’t be able to use services like Google, Facebook, Twiter and so on. I suggest VPN Unlimited because it is fairly cheap and easy to use. Furthermore, if you need a VPN for only a few days you get 14 days free if you sign up trough this link.
#12 Lena around
Lena is a danish girl posting about her love for China and her travels to this fascinating country in Asia. Her mission is to blog about China the dragon country, as she calls it. #14 Chinese PodTV
Another Youtube Channel? Yes, but while I included the intro video of the Chinese PodTV Youtube Channel, I actually suggest you to visit the official homepage if you want to master the Chinese language. One problem that I have since I came to China is that my Chinese language skill is terrible. If you want to improve your Chinese than go to Chinese PodTV.
Best websites for China – 2 Additional websites
Schanghai.com is, as the name states, a website about Shanghai with news, events, job postings and more. Again it is written in German and might not be useful for everybody. Kanton.pro is basically the same as Schanghai.com but focusing on Guangzhou.
The worldwide web has tons of other websites which are interesting, useful or entertaining. However, the websites that I have listed are the ones I use quite often. I also use sites such as Alibaba, Baidu and so on but since everybody knows them, I don’t think I need to list them in the list of the 14 best websites for China.
